• Each billing cycle includes a maximum of one (1) hour of service.

• Time does not roll over to future months.

• Any unused time is forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.

• Additional time beyond one hour will be billed at the Company’s standard hourly rate. Members receive an additional 30% off of the standard hourly rate.

Services are limited to minor maintenance and repair tasks that can reasonably be completed within one hour, including but not limited to:

• Replacing air filters

• Changing light bulbs

• Hanging pictures or small wall fixtures

• Cleaning dryer vents (basic access only)

• Minor caulking repairs

• Tightening hardware (handles, hinges, railings)

• Basic home upkeep tasks

• And much more.

All work must be able to be completed within the allotted time.

Service must be scheduled in advance.

• Availability is based on Company scheduling.

• Customer must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that month’s service.

Subscribers receive a 30% discount on labor only for additional services outside the scope of this plan. Discount does not apply to materials or third-party services.
